Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak periods such as sales events, holidays, or promotional campaigns. We'll notify you if there are any delays with your order.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Delivery
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days from dispatch
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order value and destination
- Tracking: Tracking information provided via email once dispatched
Express Delivery
- Delivery Time: 1-2 business days from dispatch
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order value and destination
- Tracking: Full tracking information provided via email
- Availability: Available for most UK postcodes (some remote areas may be excluded)
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying amount. The threshold will be displayed at checkout and may vary during promotional periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your parcel
- Estimated delivery date
- Carrier information
You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided. If you have any questions about your delivery, please contact us with your order number.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
We deliver to:
- Residential addresses
- Business addresses
- PO Boxes (standard delivery only)
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery according to their standard procedures. If you're not available to receive your parcel:
- A delivery card will be left with instructions for redelivery or collection
- You may be able to arrange redelivery or redirect your parcel through the courier's website
- Parcels not collected within the specified timeframe will be returned to us
If your parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
Customs & Duties
For UK deliveries, there are no additional customs charges or import duties. All prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.
For any international orders (where available), customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
Lost Parcels
If your tracking information shows your parcel as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or household members
- Look for a safe place where the courier may have left it
- Check the tracking details for delivery location notes
- Contact us within 48 hours if you still cannot locate your parcel
We'll work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. In most cases, we'll arrange a replacement or refund once the investigation is complete.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos
- Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved
We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. You may be asked to return the damaged items to us.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Courier service disruptions
- Industrial action
- Peak season volumes
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll investigate with the courier on your behalf.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel shipments to certain addresses or locations at our discretion. Some remote or hard-to-reach areas may have limited delivery options or extended delivery times.
Multiple Items & Split Shipments
If you order multiple items, they will typically be shipped together in one package. However, in some cases, we may need to send items separately due to:
- Items being fulfilled from different locations
- Size or weight restrictions
- Stock availability
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you'll receive separate tracking information for each parcel. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been dispatched yet.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the items following our Returns Policy once you receive them.
Signature Requirements
Depending on the value of your order and the shipping method selected, a signature may be required upon delivery. High-value orders will always require a signature for security purposes.
