We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery

Cost: Free
Delivery estimate: 5–9 days from the order date
Tracking: Sent by email after dispatch

Secure Delivery

Secure Delivery is an optional £3.99 add-on offered at checkout. It is not an express service and does not carry a faster delivery promise.

Order Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we will send a shipping-confirmation email with the available tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking page to update.

Delivery Address

Please check that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change the delivery address after dispatch.

Delivery Delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays can occasionally occur because of weather, carrier disruption, industrial action, peak demand, or incomplete address information. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us with your order number.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, check with household members, neighbours, and any safe-place notes before contacting us. If the parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs.

Split Shipments

Items are normally sent together. If an order must be split into more than one parcel, you will receive separate tracking information and will not be charged an additional delivery fee.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be returned in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
